Modern Masterpiece

This backyard pool & spa project in Franklin was built in 2019. The owners of this newly built home desired elegant and playful spaces for entertaining and relaxing. The old pool was rehabilitated and then adorned with a modern cedar shade structure, a unique block fireplace, and ample space for enjoying the outdoors. Though extensive and diverse in scope, this project is intentionally simplistic in layout and design. The durable paver hardscape mimics stone tiles and is surrounded by neat and simplistic hedge arrangements. Whether the day's activities include grilling and dining, sunbathing and swimming, or simply lounging by the fire, this Franklin backyard patio can accommodate it all.
